I have been trying to figure out how to create a routine on my Wii Fit without having to try each and every workout item and then try and figure out how to start at 30 min and then moving on .. Well i though "what if I googled Wii Workout Routine" a Voila! http://www.wiifitroutine.com
I though No-Way it cant be this easy, this can't be what I have been looking for could it??

Well my Friends I took the time to register (its FREE) it was simple too! I just created my account, received a verification email within seconds... clicked the link and BAM signed in!

At the top there are several tabs .. I chose Wii Fit Workout .. they have several options .. Wii Exercise; Routine Generator; 15 min warm up; 30 min routine, 60 min routine and 90min routine.. of those ther are different levels as well! This looks GREAT!

I clicked on 30 min and this is what I saw..

Endurance

Endurance routines help build your stamina by increasing your heart rate over time. These groups of Wii Fit workout routines are designed to burn calories with high intensity workouts.



Strength

StrengthStrength routines help you build muscle, increase stamina, and establish balance. These Wii Fit workouts are designed to use your body weight as reisistance

Yoga

Now I have not done any of the routines just yet but wait till tomorrow! I am SO excited!

I think this is absolutely a GREAT idea! Many people have the Wii Fit and probably never thought of that, but with a group for Accountability make a huge difference, thank you so much for sharing this, I cant wait to get on board with it!
