So I have been thinking about this journey I am on .. And many of you are on your own Journeys ..

I think I am going to change things up a lil bit ... I will definitely still keep you all apprised on my journey, my success', set backs and finds! BUT I would also like to post different exercises that are working - not all of us can go to the gym.. some due to finances and some due to distance and some even just due to time!

Anyone that emails me a post about an exercise they do .. you can include pictures or diagrams if you like .. and a description of the exercise - even the ones you think are SIMPLE! I will post them AND put a link to either your blog or your website .. here is a lil blurb I use on my Business site at the end of my posts:

A couple of years back, when I had time to work out, I walked everyday for about 1 hour..I lost 30 pounds over a summer! I couldn't believe it...of course, I watched what i ate as well. But it sure paid off..then I slacked, got business and put it all back on...Urgh! Gotta get on the ball! My point is that you don't have to kill yourself to reach your goal...just have to be dedicated!

Hey Debbi, what a great blog. I am currently about 40 pounds overweight and it's such a drag when you have to run around after a toddler with the extra 40 on you. You are going to definitely be my source of inspiration in loosing this weight. Keep writing girl, you have a cheerleader here on the sideline.
