Well Everyone .. I know its been a while BUT I have been insanely busy!! Its a good thing.. the more busy I am the less chance of doing bored snacking lol!

Well I just weighed myself on the Wii fit this am and I am down another 2.2 lbs in the last 12 days! Yeah!! That is 8.5 lbs since i started on June 22nd (thats 41 days!) I really need to buckle down though! I did go buy some organic salad and some more veggies, purchased cheese bites for snacks and grapes! I am trying to keep really bad for me stuff out of the house but we did get some chocolate covered peanuts (hubbies FAV snack!.. aside from Oreos) And I have been practicing moderation .. if i want some i just put like 10 in a bowl and put the rest away and stop when my bowl is finished!

My Garden is coming along nicely .. I have peppers growing, cucumbers starting and lots of Tomatoes growing (none of them will be ready for a while but thats ok!) I am also trying to focus on buying/ eating more chicken .. I love chicken so this is not a hard sell for me!

I must admit I have been lax in taking my meds .. I have been good with the BP meds but have been so busy I think about my other meds when its almost time to take the NEXT dose! I will get better about this again though .. i will focus!

That brings up the next topic .. I know this blog has been about my journey of weight loss and eating healthier etc BUT I think a huge part of changing ME is also changing other things in my life! This week I will be refocusing my attention on my business and really figuring out what is working and what is not.. some things will end up on the back burner and others will be shone in the spotlight .. but this is something i REALLY need to do or i will end up burnt out and then I will not be successful at ANYTHING! Last week from Wed - Sat i did a Booth at Ft Carson and sold $745 worth of Charms and Simmer Pots! I am VERY excited about this as I have done pretty well my last 4 times out to Ft Carson! I am placing another inventory Order and will be back out at Carson on the 12th - 15th!!

How are you doing on YOUR journey? I would LOVE to hear from you! Please leave a comment!
