HEY Everyone .. Thank you SO much for your comments! They are very encouraging!

I have made it ONE WEEK!! woohoo!!

Today was a little Challenging as was yesterday with being in Vail and the conference!

Breakfast was a banana, english muffin and a few baked lil potatoes - and a cup of coffee.

Lunch was Baked Ziti, a small salad and 2 pieces of bread .. and umm a piece of tiera masu Yum!! lol Not great for the Diet but great on the pallet! lol

After the conference we went over to Vail Village and walked the Farmers Market - we did do a lil winr tasting lol (and ordered 2 bottles) then walked all around the shops.. and in fact we WALKED back to the car .. probably about 10 miles! I am sore!!! But it was great exercise :)

And dinner was a Colorado "Slopper" an open faced burger - 1 piece of meat, 1 piece of bun, and smothered in lettuce, tomotoes, cheese and green chili!! and Dr Pepper (We were driving home and stopped in Hartzel one of our fav places to eat)

Now i am home and for the last several hours I have been finishing packing all of my stuff for my tables at Ft Carson! (wish me luck i am hoping to beat my total last time!) I will share some pics in the next few days :)
