WOW Hey Everyone .. I am to Day 4 woohoo!

Well I was up early again today! Worked out for 40 min (yeah i met that goal too) on the Wii Fit! I did lots of Yoga and strength training .. did some running and some boxing!

Then I had scrambled eggs with a lil ham mixed in - very tasty!

I had 2 massage clients today so in addition to being a lil sore from my new workouts i am a lil sore from doing deep work on 2 male clients whew!

Lunch -- well with the 2 clients that kinda got put off.. around 230 I had some cottage cheese salad though so that was nice and healthy!

Dinner was one of my fav Recipe's off the Diabetes Website!


0.5 cuponion, diced
2 eagarlic cloves, minced
0.5 cupwater
1 cuptomatoes, diced (fresh or canned; if canned, drain juice)
1 Tbspyellow mustard
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
0.25 tspsalt (optional)
0.5 tsppepper, ground black
6 eawhole-wheat hamburger buns
8 oztomato sauce
1 lblean ground beef


1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Drain fat.

2. Add onions and cook 3 minutes or until onions begin to turn clear. Add garlic and cook 1 more minute.

3. Add remaining ingredients except buns and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Serve on whole-wheat buns.
This is one of the families Fav from scratch recipes I make - and its yummy!! Oh ya and healthy :)

I did have another lil peice of BDay Cake lol (must not waste it lol) and i had a small handful of M & Ms

I also had 5 large glasses of water today! I know that water is important! Oh ya and took my pills all day!! Go Me!!

Now Tomorrow is the big day .. Morning should be normal but once we get to Vail i will have to work at being good! lol
